I am going to import and sell food ingredients (spices) from third countries through a B2B business model. Which legal requirements have to be met? Which certifications do I have to acquire? As a supplier - how can I bring these products comply with EU-standards? As an importer - any special care must be taken? List of documents required for customs clearance?

The legal requirements depend on the concrete products (HS-number) as the documents required for customs clearance. Concerning imports into the European Union, we advise you to contact the federal custom's information or the market access databank.
