Sandwicherie / salon de thé: conseillers fiscaux?

Je suis actuellement en pleine rédaction de mon business plan dans le cadre de mon projet de creation d’entreprise a Berlin. En effet je souhaite ouvrir une sandwicherie / salon de thé avec 100% de produits Francais. Cependant je me pose des questions quand au statut juridique le plus adapté a mon activité , ainsi que la difference du regime fiscal des micro entreprises ou auto entrepreneur en france et en allemagne.
J’ai également besoin de connaitre les différents organismes concernés pour le lancement de mon activité. Ainsi que les differentes licences existantes en allemagne et quelles en sont les subtilités. Avez vous des conseillers fiscaux a disposition? Si oui comment puis je prendre RDV ce service est-il payant, et quel est le prix? Et surtout, avez vous des interlocuteurs francophones?
