I’m a Syrian refugee and live in Germany. I got the right to asylum and stay in Germany for three years. I invented an application for android and IOS smartphones. So to complete the application programming, we must buy licenses from the internet. So our salaries (me and my partner) from job centre can't help us to covering those high expenses. I heard about organisations or companies that they support refugees.

Unfortunately “Make it in Germany” does not provide any special information or support for refugees. We would therefore recommend you to get in touch with the Netzwerk IQ in Saarland. They can give advice to people with a migrant background how to set up a business in Germany: netzwerk-iq.saarland
Furthermore, depending on your residence status and other criteria you may be granted a so called “Gründungszuschuss” - a support of 300 Euros a month (according to §§ 93 f SGB III) which is payed during 6 months.
