Setting up a business in Germany?

Frage

Im actually suscribing to the Arbeitsagentur since december 2014 (I worked in a german company) and I am thinking to open my own business. I would like to propose my services as "Beratungs Ingenieur" in the construction field.

My expenses would be really limited at the beginning as my biggest priority would be to get a salary. I would travel to work for my clients. (target income: 60.000- 65.000 Euro gross income) I have already two potential customers waiting for me to do the first step.

My questions: What kind of german company should I open? Can I get some help from the state if it doesnt work well? Am I losing my rights to the arbeitslosengeld? Can I come back to it if it doesnt work? How much would be my taxes? I would appreciate to meet someone to coach me or help me through the steps.
