I plan to set up a partnership company in Germany - the industry will be mobile gaming. Can you please provide me details on how to setup the organization along with the setup fees and the type of company registration that is possible?

In general, any entrepreneur who wishes to start a business in Germany may do so, irrespective of nationality or place of residence. There is no specific investment legislation in Germany, nor is there a minimum percentage of German shareholdings required for foreign investments within Germany. Non-EU citizens will have to make sure to have the appropriate type of visa. Generally, visas are obtained in the investor’s home country at a German embassy or consulate. Decisive for the appropriate type of visa are the length and purpose of the stay in Germany. Depending on the intended business activities in Germany, different types of visas are relevant to entrepreneurs.
