Offering a chiropractic and massage office in Germany: Businessplan?

Frage

I'd like to be a founder of a Chiropractic and massage office in Germany. I can not work myself as a Chiropractor or Medical Doctor, despite of I am an experienced Neurologist and Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. I'd like to be only a founder because I don't speak German yet, I have just start to learn it. I am not an EU-citizen. My daughter graduated from university in Germany. So my plan is to hire German speaking Chiropractors and Masseurs who will work in office which I create for them. I'd like to ask you, if is it possible as a business idea or not? I will not ask any finance help from German state. I will try to do it from my own finance. How and where can I apply with this business idea in Berlin and who will help me to create my businessplan?
