I want to open a small restaurant here in Germany. I have a non Euro citizenship. My question is, what is the minimum money to start and have a business visa? And the second question is, where to go to and ask officially?

With regard to the formation procedure of a restaurant, the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in the city where you want to establish the restaurant is the primary point of contact when intending to start your business.
