I want to start up a new business as a self employed executive driver in Germany. I worked in transfers for people transportation in Italy for 8 years. How do I have to proceed?

Please contact the municipality administration in the town, where you want to set up your business. They are responsible for all permits etc. you need.
General information for start-ups is offering the local Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
